Please Note:

YOU MUST BE BOOKED ON TO AN EVENT IN ORDER TO PARTICIPATE

• Please ensure that you have appropriate insurance cover for participation in all events – ordinary 'holiday' insurance may not cover you for some events.
• In particular, make sure that you fully understand and have details of programmes and risk assessments for all walking activities.
• Although ELMS advertise the events of other like-minded organisations, the ELMS Trustees cannot be held responsible for the organisation of those events or for dates / details listed above for those events.
• N.B. You may encounter additional Covid clauses in your travel insurance, also additional regulations regarding national and international travel – BE AWARE.
• ELMS will endeavour to notify, in good time, members and guests booked onto any ELMS organised events if cancellation is necessary due to Covid-19 – please ensure that your insurance covers this eventuality – the Society cannot be held liable for circumstances beyond its control.
